Tryb udzielania zamówienia / Contract award procedure

Postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia jest prowadzone w trybie zapytania ofertowego zgodnie z art. art. 11 ust. 5 pkt. 1 ustawy Prawa zamówień publicznych.

The contract award procedure is conducted in the form of a request for quotation in accordance with Art. 11 clause 5 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law.

Przedmiot zamówienia /Subject of the contract

1. Przedmiotem umowy jest wykonanie dzieła polegającego na opracowaniu i przedstawieniu wyników badań naukowych w zakresie nieokreślonego porządku przyczynowego, w szczególności dotyczących przełącznika kwantowego z ciągłym sterowaniem oraz formalizmu macierzy procesów. Rezultatem realizacji umowy będzie autorski raport naukowy pt. „Nieokreślony porządek przyczynowy poza formalizmem macierzy procesów” dokumentujący uzyskane wyniki.

W raporcie należy uwzględnić następujące zagadnienia:

• sformalizowanie ciągle cyklicznego porządku czasowego w ramach formalizmu macierzy procesów;
• sformalizowanie superpozycji dynamiki skierowanej w przód w czasie oraz dynamiki z odwróconym biegiem czasu w ramach formalizmu macierzy procesów;
• opracowanie gry obliczeniowej możliwej do rozwiązania z wykorzystaniem efektu accelerando–rallentando;
• wyznaczenie górnego ograniczenia współczynnika skuteczności w grze obliczeniowej typu accelerando–rallentando z wykorzystaniem macierzy procesów.

1. The subject of this contract is the performance of a work consisting in the preparation and presentation of the results of scientific research in the field of indefinite causal order, in particular concerning the quantum switch with continuous control and the process matrices framework. The result of the contract shall be an original scientific report entitled “Indefinite causal order beyond the process matrices framework” documenting the obtained results.

 The report shall cover the following issues:

• Formalizing the continuously cyclic time ordering within the process matrices framework.
• Formalizing the superposition of forward and time-reversal dynamics within the process matrices framework.
• Designing a computational game that can be solved using the accelerando-rallentando effect.
• Finding an upper bound to the success rate in an accelerando-rallentando computational game using process matrices.

 2. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje przeprowadzenie następujących prac:

• wnikliwy przegląd literatury związanej z przedmiotem badań;
• udział w regularnych spotkaniach i dyskusjach;
• wykonywanie obliczeń analitycznych i numerycznych;
• tworzenie wykresów i diagramów ilustrujących uzyskane wyniki;
• przygotowanie raportu naukowego prezentującego wyniki badań;
• upowszechnianie wyników badań na konferencjach krajowych i/lub międzynarodowych.

2. The scope of this contract includes the following research activities:

• an in-depth review of the literature related to the subject of the study;
• participation in regular meetings and discussions;
• performing analytical and numerical calculations;
• creation of plots and diagrams to show the results;
• writing a scientific report with the results of the research;
• dissemination of the results in national and/or international conferences.

3. Badania naukowe prowadzone są w ramach realizacji projektu Sonatina 9 (NCN) pod nazwą „Przełącznik kwantowy z ciągłą kontrolą: od podstaw fizyki do zalet w informatyce kwantowej”, nr umowy UMO-2025/56/C/ST2/00058. Kierownikiem projektu jest dr Jorge Ignacio Escandón Monardes.

3. The scientific research is conducted within the framework of the Sonatina 9 (NCN) project entitled “Quantum switch with continuous control: from foundations to advantages in quantum information”, contract No. UMO-2025/56/C/ST2/00058. The project leader is Dr. Jorge Ignacio Escandón Monardes.
