Join the 22nd European Conference on Foundations of Physics – Registration Now Open!
The International Centre for Theory of Quantum Technologies (ICTQT) at the University of Gdańsk (UG) is pleased to announce the 22nd European Conference on Foundations of Physics – FOUNDATIONS2025, from June 30th to July 2nd, 2025. This year’s special focus will be on Quantum Theory, celebrating its 100th anniversary!
During this three-day event, physicists, mathematicians, and philosophers will exchange ideas on topics such as quantum mechanics, quantum field theory, gravity theories, astrophysics, and cosmology.
The conference offers a platform for discussing foundational and philosophical issues in physics, following successful editions in Bristol (2023), Paris (2021), and earlier ones.
Conference Details:
- Dates: June 30th – July 2nd, 2025
- Venue: University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Mathematics, Physics, and Informatics (ul. Wita Stwosza 57, Gdańsk 80-308, Poland)
Registration:
Fees do not have to be paid on the registration day. Registered people will be able to pay their fees from 1st April 2025.
- Opens: January 15th, 2025
- Submission and registration deadline for Speakers and Poster Presenters: March 15th, 2025
- Registration deadline for the audience: June 30th, 2025
Notifications regarding the acceptance of conference submissions will be sent by April 30th. Speakers and Poster Presenters are asked to pay the conference fees only after receiving confirmation of the acceptance of their submission to the event.
